I've declined them all b/c it appears that the fee is a standard "$85.00" which is significantly less than I normally charge them or any other company. If I accept the signing, does this also mean that I have accepted the fee? Thanks. |

As I'm sure you all can atest to, we will get a total IDIOT on occassion. Well, my most recent IDIOT was the one that was chosen for a survey. Although I always suspected that the Title Companies did these, this was my first time getting a response about one. I would love to get the responses back from the 99% who believe I do a great job. Has anyone else gotten feedback about client surveys? How would your respond to the Title Company? Thanks. |
