I accepted a job for Monday but am a little hesitant as I was burned by another so called Title/Escrow company in Northern Ohio just two months ago for non-payment. I really want to make sure that this isn't the same owner in a new building and new town. I have done a lot of research on the internet and here and other than big packages and late docs can not find anything about them.
