Posted by NCLisa at 12/17/2013 8:36:00 AM | Under the North Carolina state laws no acknowledgment should include the language Penalty of Perjury and if the acknowledgment is pre-printed it should be marked through and initial the change or choose a North Carolina acknowledgment to attach to the document.

Posted by NCLisa at 9/30/2013 11:03:00 AM | | It seems that UPS had some issues in NC on Saturday. Nothing I dropped Sat morning at UPS was delivered today. They've all gone to Louisville Ky instead of NY and PA. It wasn't just from one or 2 UPS stores, it seems to be from the entire area that packages were delayed. |
