Call for the fees for the 4 Counties: New Hanover, Brunswick, Columbus and Pender. The minimum fee is $75. There is a $25 edoc fee, per loan, with a copy for the borrower in a file folder. I have completed over 4200 plus successful closings in the past 12 years. Able to cover any of your mortgage and legal related needs. Even the new Recontruction/Loan Modifications and Reverse Mortgages. Any other legal docs will be considered.  I believe in good old customer service.
