I am truely a Mobile Notary and Certified Signing Agent with wireless laptop access, wi-fi service and a portable laser printer that I keep with me in my car.  This allows me to be ready for last minute orders, changes, or e-signings.

Speaking of e-Sign, I am Service Link and Amtrust/Gemstone e-Sign certified and have closed many loans for for both Amtrust and Flagstar. I have successfully closed over 2050 refinance, HELOC, VA, FHA, first and second mortgages, investment property, home purchases and reverse mortgage loans in English and over seventy-five closings in Spanish to date.

My other Notary services include (but are not limited to) the notarization of: Deeds of Trust, Powers of Attorney, car titles, wills, medical forms, Acknowledgements, Promissory Notes, adoption related forms, school and other personal documents, etc. If your document is not on the list, just ask!

I also offer services in the areas of debt relief representation, and property and business inspections.

I am a member of the National Notary Association,123 Notary, Notary Phone Book and Notary Cafe. My background check with the Notary Association is clear and complete. 

I have a $50K Error and Omissions Insurance policy.
