As a result, I will say "no" to notarial requests that exceed the scope of the power of a Notary, require Trespassing or photography, or require me to act under color of law except in my notarial capacities. I also will not notarize a two party document where the parties are mad at each other.
Finally, because I do the tough ones, please know that my minimum fee is $100 unless you come to my home in Montclair. Then I'll charge you $5.00 and if you're nice, probably not even that.

- Non-Attorney Forms Preparation for an uncontested divorce in New Jersey. (Both parties only. No legal advice! Consider hiring an attorney, etc.)
- Attorneys has properly admonished clients that I'm just some guy who mke sure it's them signing the paper, and nothing more. I can't decide Motions for anyone.
- If you or your client or colleague is particularly confused about whatever it is their signing, I am going to tell them they need to get a lawyer (just not a specific lawyer....yes, I've had requests and no, I won't carry your card around, counselors.)
- Explanation and completion of administrative and court forms in Korean. (Non-Attorney)

I am a Notary Public, and not a Peace Officer, process server, collection agent or repossession company. Let those folks do what they do best. I will not put myself in jeopardy of physical harm for you to collect on a debt.
Further, I will not take actions on your behalf because they would be illegal if you took those steps. You might be looking for something totally different.
