I have been a signing agent for the past 9 years. I have attended over 3000 closings. I also worked in the mortgage industry for over 8 years as a mortgage loan processer. I am familiar with all loan documents and will generally be able to answer questions the client may have. I do however prefer to have a contact number for more detailed questions the borrower may have. This is not necessary, but puts the client at ease if we come across something they were not anticipating. I am proficient in all types of closings including, refinances, purchases, and reverse mortgages. I am a member of the National Notary Association and passed their certification exam. My background screening is completed and available upon request. Documents can be accepted via email or fax. I now carry a computer with wireless capabilities and a printer in the car. I have found this very helpful for last minute closings and changes. I am available 24-7 and there are 2 notaries in my office. We cover all of Southeast Pennsylvania...
