I am available 7 days a week from 7am-10pm to travel to Washington,
Allegheny, Greene, Fayette, Beaver, Butler, Westmoreland and Somerset counties to take care of your loan closing. Please call at least 4 hours prior to appointment to allow time for document printing and travel. I personally contact each client to confirm the appointment date, time and meeting place and verify all parties will be present with appropriate ID ready. I also allow 2 hours for each appointment to be sure your client has ample time to read their loan documents and not worry about being rushed through the closing. Borrowers are also provided a complete copy of the loan package for their records.
