I am an Attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and also a Notary Public, with many years experience in real estate matters including purchases, sales, and settlements (over 4000 loans closed). I meet with borrowers and purchasers to close loans.

I perform every assignment personally, and do not outsource work.

My services include receiving wired funds and disbursing funds.

I carry $1,000,000.00 E&O coverage.

I also perform general notary work in my office or at other locations. 

As an attorney, I prepare wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, represent clients in real estate transactions. My practice includes Probate, Estate and Trust Administration. My fees for these services are based on time expended, not on a percentage of the estate which is often charged by other attorneys.
