Title and Tag Winter office hours (Nov 1 thru Apr 14)- M-F 12:00pm to 9pm, Sat 9am to 3pm, Sun 9am to 1pm. and Summer office hours (Apr 15 thru Oct 31)- M-Thurs 12:00pm to 9pm, Fri, Sat and Sun by appointment only. I am also a mobile Notary, taking my services to nursing homes, hospitals, residences and prisons. I cover Wayne, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wyoming and Monroe counties and a portion of Bradford, Carbon and Northampton counties. I have been doing motor vehicle title transfers and registrations for the Commonwealth of Pa since 8/98. I do have DMV forms avail. Services I offer- basic notarial duties/ title trans, T-Tags, renewals, DL and CDL forms/ CDL Medical Forms/ ATV and Snowmobile titles and regis/ Boat titles and regis/ Dog licenses for Wayne County residents/. I undertook the duty of Signing Agent 12/02, working with 24+ different lending institutions and/or settlement companies across the USA. I have witnessed over 2000 signings, conventional refi, VA, REO, new purchases, reverse mtg, HELOCs, FHA/HUD/ e-sign and foreclosures without incident. I also perform Field Inspections. I am bonded, insured and trained. Have Notary Signing Agent E and O Insurance. Laser printer, high speed internet connection and smart phone. I do have a laptop and printer to take on the road if necessary. I also do Site Inspections. I belong to the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries and National Notary Association. My hours as Signing Agent are 7 days, 6am-11:59pm. The charges for my services as a Signing Agent will be discussed on a case by case basis, as I am in a very rural area and there is no real shortcut to get to 80% of the locations. I believe in being fair and being fairly compensated. All above are plus applicable e-doc fee of $25.00. Additional E-sign fee of $20.00. Friendly, knowledgable and professional service.
