Also, I chose no for 24 hour service due to too many calls for Friday evenings at 11 pm or later for signings that were 30+ miles for unacceptable fees.
I prefer to work daytime hours through last appt. time 7 pm in the evening. Will happily accept signings later in the evening, especially in my area - 10 miles or less from my address - not my zip code and will consider traveling further for additional fees.
Love to do closings in York Haven, Manchester, Lewisberry, but will travel further for proper compensation and quick paying companies.
I WILL CHECK your companies profile to see if other notaries have been satisfied with their experience with you. Please check my fee schedule and do not waste my time or yours to call with low ball fees on full re-fi docs. It takes TIME to print the docs, check to be sure everything printed, copy for borrower, not counting paper and ink expenses and maintenance of a printer.
Work with companies who have good ratings and pay 30 days or less.
I expect to be paid within 30 days and I will report slow pay companies that I do come into contact with to protect other notaries.
I also will NOT work for reduced fees in the case of a borrower rescinding the loan. I have the same amount of time, paper, ink, gas and wear and tear on my vehicle and borrowers rescind due to dissatisfaction with numbers or terms - not something a signing agent does.
I attach all purpose acknowledgements to any docs that you are asking for a seal that does not have proper jurat or acknowledgement wording. I also provide an ID Certification form if no ID form is included in docs.
I carry a hand scanner to scan Driver's License and ID's and print when I get back to the office to include with docs. I will NOT sign and/or notarize documents that require me to notarize my own signature.
I also carry a mobile printer if the need arises to re-print a page or two - like a revised HUD - I can do that in my vehicle.
I am professional and triple-quadruple check docs and return them quickly and I expect to work with companies who treat their signing agents with respect and pay them a fee in accordance with high standards and within the 30 days or less time period previously stated.
I will work with companies who do not have exemplary reputations if they pay me before I ship documents out. I accept PayPal, Square (Credit Card) and Chase payments. |
