Posted by Chakwaina at 7/30/2013 10:27:00 AM | Got a call the other day to go to an area I cover. Quoted my fee of $xxx and they asked why so much, it's only 24 miles?
Its a min of 37 through the woods and that particular address was 50 miles from me! A good 1.5 hour trip.
This happens a lot. A few months ago, I got a call and the lady just insisted (nicely) the address was 3 miles from and I have never heard of that town. I checked it and the place was literally 5 HOURS from me.
Okay, vent done, I feel better. |
