|  | | I have been performing Signing Agent functions for over 10 years and have exceeded 1,000 signings some time ago. I am a retired Engineer and am enjoying doing something completely different than my previous career; I get a kick our of meeting all types of people and especially like keeping my hand in a fruitful endeavor.
My primary objective is to provide excellent, error proof signings. In the odd event that I make a mistake, I will accept ownership and do "whatever it takes" to remedy the situation. Without question, I will absorb any additional cost which may be entailed as a result of my error. I have not made many over the course of 10 years, but I have made a few.
I take pride in getting along with people and to make the signing experiece a pleasant one. I am cognizant that some folks feel a lot of pressure and anxiety when they are signing a stack of loan papers; I attempt to make them feel at ease and try to get them to feel comfortable with the process. I never rush them and always attempt to give them simple to understand overviews of the documents but stress that I am not a lawyer and I don't offer any legal advice. |
