|  | I am a Texas Notary and have been since August 2008. My current Term of office expires 8/29/2016. My Notary ID# is 12664511-1. My current background screening was conducted by NNA and is valid until 01/2014. My current E&O policy is valid until March 16, 2015 and is in the amount of $100,000.00.
I am a member of National Notary Association and have been an experienced Signing Agent since March of 2009. I have completed approximately 300 closings for various lenders. I have done mostly re-fi closings. I am available Monday-Friday from 7:00 am 8:00 pm for signings. Saturdays are optional on occasion. I worked in the lending ,servicing and reviewing process for housing and farm real estate loans for 40+ years and am a retired Federal employee.
