I service Bexar County, Comal County and Guadalupe County in Texas. These counties have a large military population. While I always provide excellent service on each and every assignment, as a twenty year US Army Veteran/Retiree I feel honored to provide services to my fellow military comrades.
I have access to both an attorney’s office and Title Company office for cash out closings.
I travel with a portable scanner and smart phone. I have a Brother HL-5370DWT dual tray laser printer, Konica Minolta Pagepro 4650 dual tray laser printer and a Dell 2330dn dual tray laser printer in my office, along with high speed internet access, a Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 scanner and efax capabilities. E-documents and fax backs are no problem. I am bonded and carry $100,000 in E&O Insurance.
I have a Masters Degree in Adult and Higher Education, and several certifications in Microsoft Office Applications. I have taught Computer Applications and Legal Assistant Courses at local Colleges and Universities.
By the way, I also do general notary work, and provide Electronic Notarizations.
**NOTE: Texas law also provides for a reasonable travel fee as agreed upon between the parties prior to the appointment. A Minimum $35 travel fee applies for General Notary assignments.
