I have been licensed since 2004 and I do about 30 closings per month. I spend about an hour at each closing explaining everything the clients would like to know. I have traveled as far as two hours away when my schedule permits.
Documents are scanned and emailed back (password protected) if needed for no extra charge.
The best way to contact me is my mobile number. If I am at closing, leave a text message and I will call right back.
I don't have a fixed fee, it all depends on how far I have to go and whether I am available. I do not have small children and a husband who can take care of himself so I am available pretty much 24 hours a day including weekend. Whether I have a life is another question :).
