I provide these services by appointment for the following areas in Virginia: McLean, Tysons Corner, Great Falls, Vienna, and Arlington.
For lenders and title companies I have performed as the notary signing agent in over 350 loans and refinances. I am skilled at getting these signed in an orderly and professional manner and, if it is physically possible to do so, I always ship them back on the same day.
I should point out that I am NNA screened and certified and I carry $100,000 error and omission insurance. I do most of my business electronically, accepting documents in my email at michaelhinton@nova-notary.com and printing them out. Last minute jobs are a part of the business sometimes, and whether I have loan docs a day before, or an hour before, the signing I bring the same level of service and professionalism to the signing table.
