I am certified by the NNA and NSA member with a screened background. I carry errors and mission ($100,000.00) insurance and am licensed and bonded ($10,000.00) with 3 years signing experience. I do average over 50 mortgage loan signings per month which includes a mix of re-fi, new purchases, VA, FHA and reverse mortgage loans, home equity line of credit closings, loan modifications. I am open to helping you with quick turn around and am available Monday – Saturday, 24/7, and Sundays upon request. References available upon request.
