My name is Helen Smith, an NSA certified notary in and for the great state of Washington.
I have been in Residential Real Estate for 18 years and have an extensive background in customer service that spans over the last 30 years. I have operated a Mobile Loan Signing Service for 8 years and as a Notary Public, I am experienced in summarizing all types of loan documents. I specialize in creating and building a rapport with my clients to ensure the Borrower, Buyer or Seller's are all comfortable with their transaction.
I am a member and Certified Notary Signing Agent with National Notary Association in addition to having completed the training to become a Direct-Closer's Certified Master Closer. As of June 2013, I am currently preparing for a 123Notary Certified and Elite Closers Certification course and additional classes to enhance my ability to provide flawless closings.
My experience with the following closing types is extensive: Refinance; Purchase, Seller & Buyer packages; Reverse Mortgages, Final and Preliminary packages, E-sign Closings, HELOCs, Modifications and REO, FHA/VA, as well as conventional loans. I have completed over 2000 error-Free signings for various Title, Escrow Companies and Signing Services in my time as a Notary. I have taken on Field work inspection projects and have experience uploading pictures to comply with client requirements. Also, as a standard, I carry $25,000 in Error & Omission Insurance and am Gramm-Leach Bliley Compliant.
Services I provide include the following: Mobile printing capability with the use of a Brother HL 5470dwt dual tray printer; mobile access to a computer, digital camera and scanner. I am set up to provide at the table return of all critical documents in a PDF format. I can access E-documents, can send and receive text, email and assignment messages. Upon request, I offer service for wills, can witness document notarizations and delivery service pertaining to documents or additional notary services.
My availability, current as of June 5, 2013; Servicing the following counties: Snohomish and King Counties; Skagit County available via special request and agreement.
Monday - Friday 8:00AM -8:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM - 3:00pm, Closed Sunday.
