Final Settlement Re: Victory Notary

THIS IS THE FINAL REMINDER

Re: Message from First American Equity Loan Services, Inc. regarding Victory Notary Association, Inc.

Further to our message posted previously with respect to the foregoing matter, we would like to reiterate the proper method of submitting claims for payment to First American Equity Loan Services, Inc., and to inform you of a deadline we have set to process these claims.

All claims for payment must be received by First American Equity Loan Services, Inc. no later than MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2003. Any claims received after this time will not be processed. In attempting to resolve this matter in a timely fashion, we feel it is appropriate to set the foregoing deadline, and believe it is reasonable in light of the fact that we have already processed the majority of claims.

So that we may promptly confirm payments due to notaries, the following procedures must be followed prior to Thursday, December 31, 2003:

1. Please do not contact First American Equity Loan Services, Inc. via telephone. Phone calls will only cause additional payment delay.

2. Please only email to [e-mail address] or fax to 216-241-7948 all payment requests. Include the following information with your request to ensure prompt processing:

„h Written documentation that you provided services for us including closing date, borrower name, and borrower address.
„h Your mailing address so we know where to send payment.
„h Your social security number or employer identification number (¡§EIN¡¨)
„h The total amount of balance owed.
„h Your phone number (or the best way to contact you) in case we have questions.

3. Please do not call, email or engage in written correspondence with any other representative of First American Equity Loan Services, Inc. other than as instructed above. This type of communication only further delays the payment process.

4. Please do not contact individual borrowers or lenders seeking payment.

We provide this message to demonstrate our firm commitment to resolving and responding to this problem in a prompt and efficient manner. If you follow the procedures within this message, you can be assured your written inquiries will be responded to promptly.
