Assured Signing Promises to Make Good

Okay, here's the deal.. Assured HAS closed its doors. They are trying to recoup monies that THEY are owed so that they can, in turn, pay their notaries what they are due. I finally got an e-mail from them stating their situation. What SHOULD have happened is that Assured should have e-mailed every one of the notaries that they owe money to and this "non payment" issue would not have even appeared in this forum. Life goes on..................

Good! It's about time. I am one of those lucky people who was hounded by notaries because they thought that I was that same company. I happen to name my business Assured Notary Services, Inc. (ASNI). Theirs I believe is Assured Signing Services (ASS)...I bet everyone can tell the difference now, but I got nasty calls because of them. YEAP! THEY SHOULD PAY!
