Victory
I have filed a complaint with Indiana State attorney generals office. They are all several board for bilking notaries. I suggest everyone who is owed money or has received NSG checks from them to contact Indiana State Attorney Generals office. I believe if there is enough complinat they will have no choice but to do something. This might even be a federal issue since business is being conducted accros state lines.

I went to Indiana State Attorney General's website. I sent an e-mail directly to Attorney General. I think everyone should do that. And I believe you are right about the federal law for intra-state transactions. Also, I called Victory today and entered an extension of one the girls I did a lot of work with and the recording said some guys name, don't remember it, and that he was with Omni Mortgage? What's up with that?

Just do a search, type in Indiana State Attorney General and it will bring you to their home page. There is an option in their home page to contact the State Attorney General. That's how you are able to e-mail him, directly from that website. I'm filing my complaint with today with the Secretary of State of both California and Indianana.

I jsut filed my complaint as well and I am awaiting a response. Does anyone know how much power the Attorney General has in terms of enforcement? Once we file the complaint what happens - if anything???

Whether or not the Attorney General will act depends on how many people complain.
I wrote to the Attorney General in CO regarding America West Signing Corp and all they did was forward my letter to the BBB.
The BBB in CO sent me a form letter with Landlord/Tenant disputes and something about being owed money checked off and that the BBB did not handle issues of non-payment and the like. Someone had hand wrote in that I would have to go to collections or small claims court.
