  Victory Notary
As I am new to this site, I just discovered the problems with Victory. I have done, since Sept. 17th, 20 loan doc signings with them. I called because they owe, due to their 45 day payment, me money. I was of course shocked when I read some of the messages posted on this forum. I immediately called the closing department at First American because that's who contracted Victory. I was told that they have indeed paid Victory and that they have received numerous phone calls from other signing agents regarding none payment. I was also told that they were no longer doing business with Victory. I know that it hasn't really been a long time, but I'm thinking that I should be very concerned. Any ideas on how to approach this?

I have had the same problem with Victory, Today I called the title Company and found out that Victory had not cashed the check they sent to them, so the title company is going to send me the money i am owed you may want to try this.

Thanks! I did speak to First American yesterday. They had me fax all my confirmations/invoices directly to them. It sounded like they were going to pay me the money owed me, $950.00. I still haven't been able to talk to anyone at Victory as of today. I'm hoping I don't have to resort to any type of legal action. I've worked for other siginging agencies and they paid me as promised. Good luck!
