House Inspections?

One of the questions on the input data for the profile is "Do You Do Inspections?" The summary profile lists "House Inspections." Can anyone tell me what this has to do with notary work. I can't seem to reference it to anything. And, I thought "House Inspections" were generally done by a House Inspection Service, checking things like electrical service, termite damage, rot, etc.
