Chris is willing to tell you how much activity there is in your area. For me, there isn't enough to make the investment worthwhile. The notaries in my area that are listed there all say they didn't have to pay anything to be listed and that they haven't got any work from being listed on his site. Hope that helps you make a decision.
The best places to be listed are still 123notary.com and right here at notaryrotary.com.
