Just a little info for you regarding where you can look up companies to see if there have been any complaints against any mortgage and title companies. These are people like you and I that can post on this web site and voice your opinion and your disgust with said companies. You also have access to other info too. I found quite a few mortgage companies, titles companies and such. But, thank god, no Notaries and signing agents.
