my contact info not showing on profile here??

Who can I contact from this site to find out what is going on with my profile information?? Agency efaxed me, seen my number in bottom of profile in comment area. Told me none of my other contact info showed. So while I was out, with my call forwarding to my cell phone, they were efaxing me a job request. I get home, I see efax, call and job gone. Right inmy backyard too. I'm a bit upset here..I paid for this service here and now it has worked against me instead of for me. I hope this is not a common event around here. Hoping someone of the staff here will answer me as to what the problem might be.. [e-mail address] Thanks to any inof you can give me..

You can always contact us by clicking the Contact Us link. There, you will find a form which sends us e-mail as well as phone numbers.

All aspects of your profile can be updated from the My Profile link after logging in. You have had 5 contact methods in your profile since 3/18/2004 at 7:37am CST, which were added by you. Four are phone numbers and one is an e-mail address. You added an additional phone number on 4/2/2004 at 11:13am. Your last profile update was on 4/12/2004 at 1:20pm - 15 minutes before posting this message. All of these things are visible to anyone who can see your profile, so we're not sure why the agency only efaxed you. Maybe because you have that mentioned as a contact method in your Comments?

I believe you also spoke with Traci (in our office) on the phone around this time. She told me that she's following up with the signing agency you referenced to make sure they were able to see all of your information.

Finally, if you are unhappy with our service, we will gladly refund your money. Just let us know.
