123notary question

How important is it to get certified by 123notary or any other notary site?

Not very, in my experience.

In my humble opinion, I have not found it to be very important. In Maryland, I must be a licensed and bonded title producer to do closings, not just a notary public. I get 95% of my business by word of mouth.

Maryland notary

How long have you been a Title Producer? Please contact me so that we can network. I am not trying to compete with you for customers. I have enough. [e-mail address] 301 219 2569

If you plan on getting a certification, I would not recommend 123notary!

Agree that, while a very good site for exposure, their certification process has not been given much credibility by board posters.

While not a fan of NNA, there are quite a few companies that do seem to put some stock in their certification. Would also recommend checking out the certification from The Signing Registry.
