Do a search on this board and on GoMobileNotary.com Use 24/7.

You will be horrified.

When companys get this bad and create this much concern, we as notaries,
should all join together to file complaints to the BBB. Results do come from
numbers. I'm sure there are lots of concerned members.

I never got outright stiffed by them, but the last job I did for them took 2 months to get paid, and I have a feeling if I didn't bug them about it it would have taken even longer ( the check was also dated about 3 weeks prior to the envelope postmark). I did several signings for them over the course of about 10 months and I never once received my check within the timeframe they said it was going to be sent. For a $50 company that only offered sporadic work, I dedided it definitely wasn't worth the frustration.

I work at 24-7, I do not own it, but I know that the entire staff there really takes notary pay seriously. The rules are that we call every notary back within 24 hours, and don't make anyone wait for notary pay past the 30 days out from signings. We are always courteous to our notaries, and fair.
As an employee at 24-7, I guarantee that notaries are treated well at 24-7. I am there doing it every day.

Bullshit. I did signings for you guys for almost a year and I was never ONCE paid within the 30 day timeframe you stated. I've had to wait 2 months to be paid, and that was only after several phone calls, some of which YOU were much less than courteous to me. The rest mostly consisted of being bounced from voicemail to voicemail, and never ONCE did anybody return any of my calls.

If you did what you claim you do, you wouldn't have such a crappy reputation on the notary boards. The fact that SO many people in here have have had such experiences make it clear that you're flat out lying to us. Which seems typical of your organization so I doubt that anybody is surprised by it.

And I was told by Morgan that you were, in fact, the owner of 24/7. Are you telling us that your employees lie to the notaries?

You are wrong. You don't post your name, you use foul language, and your facts are not correct. I am not the owner, and no one has ever said that. Morgan is one of the most honest, upstanding individuals you could ever meet. I have never, in 8 years, heard him say a dishonest thing.
I am sure, if your conversation with me was anything like your posting, that I ended the call abruptly.
Have a nice day.

And which of my facts are not correct? Morgan told me that you were the top person in the company. If that's not the owner, what are you? Wouldn't the owner be the top person? As for the payments, no, I never once received a payment in the timeframe you stated. The last check I got from you was dated 3 weeks prior to the postmark date on the envelope and I ultimately received it about 2 months after the signing was completed. That's a fact.

Doesn't the fact that you were able to post to several different derogatory threads about 24/7 give you a hint about how you're viewed among the notary community? How many posts in those threads defended you vs. the amount of posts that agreed with how terrible you guys are? Just because you come in here and make statements doesn't make them true. Give us a little credit for intelligence here.
