Ameriquest

I finally got called to do a closing for Ameriquest. It was late in the evening but I got it done. I also did another the following day, the paperwork was a mess. Now I have been getting the run around about checks for the signing. A broker I know says that they owe a friend of his $4,800, they owe me $400. Whats with this company? Is there anything I can do to get paid? HELP!!

I, too, have a beef with Ameriquest. I have called a couple of times, was told to re-send the invoice and have yet to hear anything. I am just going to keep on bugging them and if payment isn't received soon, I'll report them to the BBB.

Although I've never done signing directly for Ameriquest, about 25% of my business was with one of the signing agency's they use. I had CONSTANT problems getting paid on time and at one point was into them for about $1500. I finally refused to do any further signings until they made changes to their payment policy. What used to be 90 days delay in payment is now down to net 30 days(sort of). Don't know if the improvement came from the agency or from Ameriquest directly.

Dotti, which signing service is it? I also do many signings through an SS whose big client is Ameriquest. It has gotten much better but still have some problems getting paid what is due me.

They are trying to rip me off $200. I reported them to the BBB and filed a small claim against them for me fee plus costs. DO NOT give up on getting paid. You must be relentless!!!!!!!!!!
