Authorized Signature

On a closing that I have this evening , on one of the papers it ask for Authorized Signture. would that be the borrower(s) ?

Sounds like it may a place for the lender. However, I need more info before I can intelligently comment further.

I had that on the funding transmittel for a Bank One. I just left it blank & heard nothing back.

Is it on the escrow instruction form? Leave it blank, thats for the lender to sign.

This is were the settlement agent signs, unless its the identification form, then you sign and date it after filling it in. Some are notarized, some are not.
