CA All Purpose Acknowledgments

On the Acknowledgment pads issued by Notary Rotary, there
is a "additional Information box in the lower right hand corner.
Would it be acceptable to use a Jurat stamp in this section, to
perform a oath or affirmation?. When I orderes this package, I
was under the impression that a pad of Jurats was included. What
am I missing? Thank you anyone.

I would use a seperate sheet for jurats. You can always make your own and print them out on the computer. However, don't make too many because legislation is in the works that will change the the wording and requirements of the jurat in CA. It has passed the Assembly, the Senate(with revisions), and is now back to the Assembly for a final vote before it goes to the Governor's desk.
