I just completed a closing this past weekend for a Ditech.Com loan. The signing agency was Nations Direct Phone: (800) 977-4447. Good communication but overkill if you ask me. The required that I call in from the closing. I was there 10 mins and my phone was ringing---it was them. When the signing was complete I had to fax over 23 pages back. Luckily it was a toll free fax numer. I hadn't heard from the QC department by 3:00 pm the next day so I called to verify that it was OK to drop docs. I didn't hear back from them untill @ 4:30. I had just droped the docs and they said I forgot to fax one back... to late. I know that I carefully went through there check list and faxed everyting they askes so... we'll see.

Ditechs are almost always the same set of docs; pretty simple, take about 20 minutes. They
farm out to several SS.

Anonymous, I sure hope you didn't accept Nations standard fee of $40!!
