E Fax

Would someone explain E Fax to me. and when the title company sends you a E Fax you download that and have the customer sign what you down loaded. then it seem that the only copy you get is the one you downloaded and have them sign then you would send back that one you downloaded, one other question you would make copies for the customer off yours that you downloaded. would there be a extra fee for copies and E Faxes.

Efax (or maxemail, which seems to be the preferred fax program) is just the service where you receive faxes.
When the title company faxes you the HUD and sometimes the junk docs, then the fax will arrive in your e-mail box, just print out two sets, one to be signed, and one set for the borrower. I don't think there are any signing agents who charge extra for printing out the junk docs.

Hope this helpsSmiley
