Hud question
I have a signing tomorrow, on the bottom of the HUD statement there is a space for the loan officer to sign, is this just left blank? Also, there is An Addendum to Promissory Note where ther are two dated spaces for the borrowers to sign, but underneath there are two blank dated spaces for signatures. Who signs in the blank spaces? This is a new form to me. Thanks for the help.

The line on the Hud for the loan offier or settlement agent is left blank, On the Addendum to Promissory Note , extra lines are in case there are more than one or two borrowers, leave blank unless there is a named typed under it. Good luck
