Notary Journal

I am a newbie and I inadvertently made a miskake in my journal. At the end of the page, I accidently skipped a row, e.g. instead of recording the information on Line 7, I recorded on Line 8. I didn't realize I had done this until I was ready to do my next signing. Then I recorded the new information on the line above on the blank space (thinking I didn't want to waste a space). Afterwards, I realized that I should have just left the blank space "blank" and draw a line through it. Obviously, I feel stupid for doing this but it's too late to do anything about the dumb mistake. Would you advise me to expain this unintentional mistake on the journal? What would be the best thing to do for a case like this? Thank you so much for your feedback.

Thanks for your word of comfort. I am so concerned about not making errors on the docs., and so far thanks to God I have not made any erros on the docs. So I guess my focus was on the docs. and not on anything else. Have a nice day!

I don't think God is spending his time making sure that you don't make errors on your signings. Give yourself the credit.

No situation is too small or big for God I believe in. He cares for all his creations, even the birds in the air. You as a human being are worth much more than many birds. I give myself a credit for my effort to do the best job that I can. That's the only thing within my power. I have done eight signings within the 2 1/2 weeks I have been working as a notary. I don't think it's because of my expertise in this area, and I don't believe in luck. I know in my heart that my God opened the door of opportunity for me as this is exactly what I have been praying for quite some time now. I wish you be very best CA-Notary!
