I did a HELOC for them on 6/1/04 and have not been paid. I heard last week they were one & the same as Sign on the X. If I would have known, I would have flatly refused to work for them.

Why are there so many signing companies out there that do not pay and continue to do business? Aren't there any regulating agencies to keep their eyes on such unethical companies? It just does not seem fair to the notaries.

Me too Joan. I did a heloc for them on June 22, 2004. When they called me they told me I would be paid in 2 weeks. Like you, had I known they were sign on the x, I never would have taken the job.
