AADSS Notaries,



As you may have noticed we unfortunately have not been getting the loan closings this year needed to sustain a profitable business venture here at AADSS. Due to the changing market rate & strategies from our client base I am forced to close doors at this time. Unlike many of the other signing companies in the business that go under I have paid everyone on time and in full (now that’s a shock in this industry). I want each of you to know I greatly appreciate your quality of service and the professionalism you brought into the field with you on a daily basis. I have enjoyed working with everyone. I always treated each of you with respect and you always showed the same. On a personal note I am going back to school to finish my masters’ degree in engineering and will no longer be involved in the mortgage business. I wish each of you the best of success. Thank you for your service.

Business has slowed down according to a couple of title officers I have spoken to.
So, I can see some signing services closing unfortunately.

But, please, I am racking my brains (OK Popsie - no smart comments on my blonde brain!)
and I can't for the life of me think who AADSS are - anyone want to fill me in??
