Vehicle VIN disclosures and Odometer statements

Is anyone familiar with signing VIN document statements and Odometer documents for car dealerships? Is there any special procedure I should be aware about? Thanks

Where are you located? (VA?) Different states do VIN numbers differently.

Just check out page 17 of the Governor's manual. Note that the VIN sheet has changed. It is no longer required to have this document notarized. Any authorized car dealer in the State of Florida (as well as a Florida Notary Public, Law Enforcement Officer from any state, Florida DMV/Tax Collector Employee or Florida Division of Motor Vehicles Inspector) can verify the VIN. The odometer reading is simply a statement by the current owner, which is not notarized.
