What do you think?
I received an agreement from a signing service that has an addition to there contract.
It says: In addition that they will be doing joint ventures with some title companies where they will have direct access to the notary information on there data base . And, that these title companies would call me directly. Is that wise of me to do that?

What would be the problem? You'd be working for the SS and some Title companies.

I had a similar conversation with a lady from JMT. I can't see what it would hurt. As long as the people with my information are interested in giving me work, let 'em have it!!

Is this JMT out of Visalia, California? And from what I gather from these agreements, you sometimes work directly with the title company, not even speaking or dealing with someone from the SS, but the SS gets a cut, as if they were the ones dealing with the notary.

If you want the work, you have to go with what you feel is right and I'm not saying JMT does this. And whether the title company that JMT has the joint venture with calls you or JMT calls you, your fee will be the same. I feel that when you deal directly with a title company, an SS should not be getting a cut of your fee.
