Hi guys need your help. There is a form that I am quite sure about. This owners affidavit and indemnification agreement that is a little unusual for me.
On the notarized page it states: On the______ ____________day of _________, in the year 20__, before me personally came______________________________ to me known to be the individual described in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledgement that ________?________ executed the same.
The question I have for you is and acknoledgement that ? executed the same. I know logically I must put the borrowers information on the personally came line but do I repeat their names here on the last line.
If you can assist me here? I would appreciate it, thanks in advance.
