BMK Signing

Is BMK Signing a signing company or a mortgage company. Please respond ASAP!

Signing Company. Last I knew, they only pay $60.00
Watch out because if the loan doesn't close, they only pay a "Trip Fee".
I don't like it when a Company tries to make us have a financial interest
in the closing of the loan.

When you make a comment about a company, please be sure you are stating Fact not Fiction. BMK Signing pays FULL fees on cancells and No-shows.

Our pay is based on the several items, such as, agents experience, how far agent has to travel, Overnight or E-docs and etc. We do not have a flat signing fee we work on case by case basis.
