Credit where Credit is Due...

I just got off the phone with a Texas title company SS arm that I did a closing for on the 27th.

Early this am, they called and said I did not do the job right, had left out the Texas title company docs. Docs had been sent to borrower so I was not for sure except that I HAD made a mistake and missed them. (Reverse Mortgage.)

This "wonder place" just called me back and said that the title company FOUND the docs. Never had been put into the package. Whoop!

I was SOOOO grateful that they did not BS me that I am sure it came across like that. He said it would be dumb to try to pull that on me. He said "credit where credit is due."

No, I will not publish their name, but if you want the name of the place, I will be glad to share it with you via email. If you have ever written me and asked me for some of my contacts, you probably already have it. However, write again...faith doubled and restored in my business.

I just don't share my really good clients names online...it's caused a big sucking sound in my income in the past.
