O.K. very Nervous as you can relate I'm sure , I have my first signing tomarrow. I recieved my comformation it says to fax back with a soft copy report and #'s following is this the comformation as to signing completed ,tracking # date docs dropped off ext.???

I don't quite understand what you are asking.

As for faxbacks - some/many SS's require you to fax fax certain pages of the loan after signing. Many times you have to wait for their approval before you can ship off.

Sometimes you just have to fax back, call or e-mail them the tracking number, and the date the docs were dropped off and not have to fax them actual docs or wait for approval.

Not sure if this is what you are asking.

Let me see if I can be a little more clear.
On the closing Order page I recieved it says to return/fax back with soft copy report :xxxxxxxx
Under that it has Signing completed_____________
Tracking_____________________
Date Docs Dropped____________
Then other instructions is this page filled in the soft copy report they are talking about?
Or will I see a repot with those #'s on it when I recieve the Docs???

Lender's First Choice uses that all the time. (I think there is a couple of others that do too.) It basically is just filling out THEIR forms and either faxing or emailing them rather than including them in the package (which would constitute a hard copy report).

'soft copy report' is a term used in the Gators system so any company that uses that system has that wording. it means nothing to you. if they want fax backs, they will give you a specific list.
