Good companies
I just got a call from 2 companies: PMS and Progressive Closing and Escrow. Anyone know if they are good for the money and how long they take topay?

I do know that Progressive is a good company, only wish is that they would call me more often.

Good Companies Query
I craftily hid info on PMS in a Message about Outlook's Spam Folder
========Earlier post from this morning========
One of my favorite ss's (Platinum Mobile Services from lovely San Antonio, Texas) sends email to me from "PMS."
I was looking for a confirmation and sent them a note. Received a call from them and they said to look for a SPAM folder. There it was! And, in it was my confirmation!
If you have done a recent upgrade on your computer, some of your favorite email might be getting placed into the SPAM folder. I suspect the PMS is being interpreted as an advertisement for products for this syndrome.
BTW - PMS is a wonderful group of ladies to work for. I endorse them heartily.

Now you're back peddling, Brenda.

Backpeddling? Not so much...
Just realized after I posted, I *might* have come across as being rather _itchy.
If I decide to be _itchy...I don't want anyone to mistake it. I'd like to be clearly, and most assuredly, a _itch.

PMS Story
Some years back, after a particiularly long, stressful day, I was doing a singing for a older couple. When we got to one or the forms, I said "this states that you don't have PMS on this loan, oops I mean PMI or private mortgage insurance, sorry" Finished the signing without incident Next day I got a call from the title co advising me that they had reported me for "inappropriate language " The title co lady and I had a good laugh about that. The L/O called me later and we laughed also. He said that he thought that she needed to get out more often. The incident did not go on "my permanent record"

Re: PMS Story
I chuckled at this as I guess almost everyone would - except your borrowers. But, it shows how the most innocent of anything can come back to haunt us. If your title company and the lender hadn't been as human as most of us, you could have lost a client over absolutely nothing.
