JOAN/OH $100,000 E&O insurance????
I seen in an earlier post that you said that you could not get any more than $25,000 in E&O insurance. The NNA offers $100,000 for a little over $100 for one year. Is this the same type E&O you are talking about?

They must have just started offering that amount. They didn't used to and no one did. Mine renews in May and I will increase the amount then. Thanks for letting me know.

I am glad that they increased it. I am having to purchase Realtor E&O insurance, as well as my Notary E&O Insurance policy. My Realtor E&O policy is much more expensive, around $700 a year, and I am just an agent, not a broker. However; as an agent, your broker can charge you a fee for each transaction to cover his costs for E&O coverage, and I would prefer not to pad his pockets anymore than I have to...
