Lender's First Choice

If anyone wants to know, this one is a great company to work with. I did a signing for them on 11/26/04 and got my check today 12/13/04. Pretty good, huh?

Are they a title company? Their name sounds like it. Title companies always pay fast! Thanks for the suggestion. BK-FL

I think they are a title company but they also have their own signing service from within the company. When you get an assignment form them, you are working directly for them. They are reasonable and they always meet my fees with no hesitation.

Yes I agree also. I've done a few closings for them and always got paid on time. Great company to work for.

I accepted a signing from LFC and on the confirmation page it asks me to fax back a copy of the signature page of the mortgage. Whic signature page is that exactly? Will I know it when I see it? There are a lot of signature pages! Thanks.

In Texas, it's called the Deed of Trust (most of the time).

Send them the last page where the borrower(s) is/are signing.

Let me correct this a little...sometimes it is the next to the last page, and then the notary page is the last page. Sometimes it is the last page and the notary info appears on the page also.

Anyhow, send them the page the borrowers sign on the Deed of Trust/aka/Mortgage.
