Loan signings in SC

Is anyone doing loan signings in SC? Is there a loop hole around the attorney? I sure hope so.

I don't know the law in your area, but I know of a person who lives in DEL (MD motary/Title producer), near the border with MD, and crosses over to do signing in MD for DEL refi's to get around the attorney state law of DEL.

I live near the NC/SC border, so I could have SC borrowers meet me here in NC to sign. I haven't done any like this so far, but others have posted that they have.
