Piggyback

Is a 1st mortgage with a 2nd mortgage called a piggyback?

Re: Piggyback - Yes

Yes.

Two loans, whether or not it's a first and a second (such as two different properties) could also be classified as a piggy-back, though I would choose to call it a double.

Re: sent email for N. California to Paw

I just sent my info to you Paul for N. California Closings, I like the paypal concept. I would accept lower fees for upfront fees through paypal.

Re: sent email for N. California to Paw

I received your email but don't understand why you sent it to me. I am not a signing agency. I think you need to send the information to Tony (Anthony) Negrete. I'm flattered that you confused me with him. I'm not sure whether or not Tony will be as pleased about the confusion though. ;)
