Richmond Abstract of Florida-rude to me or just everyone?

I've had a couple dealings with Richmond Abstract of Florida, and they are always so rude and unprofessional. Is this their way of doing business, or were they just having some really bad days? Anyone else done business with them? I won't anymore!
